Basic Lawn Care
This service includes weekly mowing of the whole perimeter, weed eating around the perimeter and all objects on the property, and blowing off all sidewalks, driveways, and garden areas. We maintain quality service by using only the best tools and by keeping them sharpened and tuned.

De-thatching – Also known as Power Raking
Every two to three years power-raking should be performed in your yard to promote a thicker and healthier lawn. Why? Because without a good raking, dead grass tends to pack down on top of the soil and keeps nutrients and water from getting to the roots of your lawn.

Deep-Core Aeration – 2 times a year - spring/fall
Aeration consists of punching holes in the soil (and any thatch above it) that allow water, air, and fertilizer to get closer to the roots. This enables the roots to grow deeply, producing a more vigorous lawn. Aeration plug depth is dependent on soil moisture, but should be about 3 inches.

Edging
To sharpen up the appearance of your yard try edging around the sidewalks and driveways. We use only the highest grade edging tools to allow the straightest cuts between your sidewalk/driveway and your lawn.

Gutter Cleaning
It is important that every few years you clean your gutters and other water pathways on your roof. Cleaning them will help to ensure that your roof does not leak for many years to come.

Fertilization - Best results if performed 4-5 times a year
Balanced nutrient supplements that enhance the development and beauty of your yard by adding color, enriching the texture and fullness, and increasing grass root depth. It is important for your lawn to get the right amount of nutrients. Over fertilizing can damage your yard just as easily as not allowing for enough nutrients. Four times a year with the proper fertilizers is sufficient; more can weaken the root structure, but not enough and your soil will surely be depleted of its necessary nutrient levels.

Hedge Trimming
Furthering the beauty of your yard can be accomplished by shaping the hedges and trees. Knowing the proper methods of accomplishing this is very important.
